  • Providing comprehensive corporate secretarial services;
  • Supporting corporate processes such as incorporation, liquidation, and management changes;
  • Maintaining strict compliance with legal requirements, including timely filings at RCS/RBE;
  • Preparing and updating corporate documentation, administrative records, and assisting with audit requests;

  • Assisting with collecting board members' signatures and explaining document content;
  • Providing administrative support during transaction processes.
