We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Officer to play a key role in corporate governance, managing compliance tasks and maintaining regulatory adherence across a portfolio of companies.

Your responsibilities will include providing ongoing corporate secretarial services, supporting processes such as company incorporation, liquidation and management changes, ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements and preparing corporate documentation.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, liaising with notaries, banks and other parties on matters such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar function, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
