**Job Specification***:

- The Onboarding and Coordination Manager will be responsible for the coordination of onboarding and integration of all new structures, funds and SPVs of this one client group.
- The Onboarding and Coordination Manager will be expected to coordinate internal functions to onboard all new entities relating to this client including all Service Delivery Teams, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Technology teams to ensure all new launches and are successfully project managed and delivery of exception client experience.
- The Onboarding and Coordination Manager will work with the Product team to develop best practices and operating models for integration to enhance the client onboarding experience.
- Ensure that the global operating model is in place for this client.
- Act as an escalation point for all onboarding related issues.

**Skills Required**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the investment funds industry;
- Must have an excellent knowledge of the real estate funds industry and will have experience working of different fund structures primarily used for real estate (primarily Luxembourg) and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Experience/knowledge of /Depository/AIFM services is an advantage.
- Project management skills.
