**Your missions**

As Office Manager, you will:

- Be in charge of the general administration
- Coordinate all in-house office operations and procedures
- Manage logistics for all suppliers
- Structure and store the company's archives (electronic and original documents)
- Welcome all visitors
- Filter incoming requests for information and deal with them apporiately
- Assess equipment requirements
- Supervise and monitor external services providers
- Develop and implement procedures for managing the flow and stocks of equipment and supplies (crockery, groceries, drinks, coffee) and ensure the maintenance of equipment.
- Personnal Assistance to the General Manager
- Booking transport and accomodation

**Your ideal profile**
- He/she is proficient with MS-Office.
- He/she is fluent in English and French it’s mandatory. Luxembourgish is an asset.
- He/she is service oriented,
- Qualities required: Good Spirit, Good Communication, Proactive, Dynamic and Able to multi-task.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
- Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
