**Your tasks**:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead the recruitment process for all levels of roles, from job requisition to onboarding
- Partner with department heads and HR to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and quality recruitment
- Build a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external agencies, schools, and recruitment platforms
- Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute employer branding campaigns that enhance the company’s image as a top employer
- Manage social media channels, career websites, and recruitment marketing efforts to showcase the company culture and values
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding activities, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Market Insights & Reporting:
- Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in attracting talent
- Provide regular reporting on talent acquisition metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding
- Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, including social media, content creation, and digital platforms especially IA tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure recruitment and branding effectiveness
- Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail and accuracy and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Empathy and cultural understanding
- Excellent ability to communicate in both, oral and written in English (German or French is a plus)
- Excellent IT-Skills (MS-Office and Success-Factors required) as well as IA know how
- Experience in a similar role within the media industry
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software
