**We areseeking a Corporate Citizenship Coordinator.**

The Corporate Citizenship Coordinator supports the Corporate Citizenship and Inclusion, Diversity & Equity team in the implementation of KPMG Luxembourg's ESG strategy, ensures that initiatives are carried out according to the strategy and supports the proper implementation of such.

**What you will be working on**

1) CSR
- Provide project support for strategic initiatives and firms commitments to Environmental sustainability (Science Based Targets, Net Zero, Carbon Neutral Certifications)
- Support of the CSR strategy including the organization of the firms Corporate Citizenship initiatives (volunteering programs, International Day of Volunteering, sustainability initiatives, etc.)

2) I&D
- Support of the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity strategy including the organization of the firms IDE initiatives (Gender Equality Program, Employee Wellbeing and Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity communications and Impact Days such as International Women's Day, Diversity Day, World Mental Health Awareness, Mentoring programs)
- Participation of key Inclusion, Diversity & Equity network events (Charte Diversity, Diversity Summits, etc.)

3) General tasks:

- Maintain close collaboration with marketing and inform them of the major events, initiatives, and campaigns to promote to the wider network / draft communications internally through newsletters and internal channels the current initiatives, opportunities, and updates.
- Support client request for proposals when needed for ESG information.
- Coordinate volunteering programs, receive requests from volunteers, post opportunities and connect volunteers to appropriate opportunities / guide them to the volunteering policy and appropriate charge codes.

4) KPMG Foundation
- Assist with communication on KPMG Foundation sponsorship and initiatives
- Support collaborations with NGOs

Other activities and responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, may be entrusted with the function holder.

**What we look for**
- You have a 3+ year degree in Change Management/ Corporate Sustainability or similar fields
- You have an understanding and legitimate interest in sustainability and social impact ESG reporting and change management
- You're skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and in general the Microsoft Suite
- You speak English fluently (French will be considered an asset)
