**What you will be doing**
Reporting to the Head of Facility Management you will manage the daily operation and activities of Satispay office in Luxembourg, overview and coordinate the Satispay offices development across Europe (France, Germany and Belgium).
Key Responsibilities:
- make sure that the office in Luxembourg is always in good and safe conditions, ensure the needed supply in terms of furnitures, furnishing accessories and technological devices
- manage the expansion of the office in Luxembourg and ensure that the evolution of the workspace is in line with the growth of the company staff
- manage external suppliers to ensure a high level of service in terms of cleaning, maintenance, food & beverage, shipping, supply of office furniture and devices
- overview and manage the international offices development (Belgium, France, Germany), take care of the office opening and moving in accordance with management guidelines
- management and supervision of auxiliary facility services for international offices
- collaborate with the IT Support team in order to ensure the correct management and assignment of company devices to the local employees
- collaborate with the HR team to manage the travel agency and the real estate agency in order to support the mobility of employees to and from Luxembourg
- collaborate with the HR team for the organization of corporate events, parties and team building events
- be a point of reference for local colleagues for any kind of need related to the workspace and related activities

- 3 to 5 years experience in office & facility management

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Luxembourg. Business trips may occur.
