MISSION PRINCIPALE

Au sein du Département Ressources Humaines, vous êtes le partenaire stratégique des Managers de la Banque Privée Européenne (Luxembourg, Espagne, Portugal, Italie, Belgique) et vous êtes impliqué(e) dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH du Groupe, au niveau du talent acquisition, des relations avec les salariés, du droit du travail, des rémunérations et du développement des compétences de nos collaborateurs sur votre périmètre.

ACTIVITES
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction de la Banque Privée et les responsables de nos 4 succursales européennes pour comprendre les objectifs commerciaux et développer des stratégies RH qui soutiennent ces objectifs ;
- Travailler sur les stratégies de recrutement pour attirer et retenir les talents nécessaires à l'organisation ;
- Soutenir localement et au niveau du Groupe le processus de mobilité interne ;
- Construire des relations de confiance avec les responsables de vos métiers, former les responsables sur les pratiques RH (management de la performance, management des ressources humaines, recrutement, processus RH ) ;
- Participer proactivement au déploiement d’une culture Talent and Performance Management alignée avec notre vision Rooted Luxury ;
- Gérer le processus de revue des rémunérations annuelles de votre périmètre, y inclus le processus d’évaluation annuelle de la performance ;
- Assurer la liaison avec des experts quand un avis technique spécifique est demandé ;
- Soutenir et gérer le changement au sein de l'organisation, en aidant à l'adaptation des employés à de nouvelles politiques, technologies ou processus ;
- Assurer un haut standard de qualité dans tous les processus RH ;
- Etre le garant de la conformité des activités avec les politiques, règles et règlements du Groupe ;Participer aux projets locaux et globaux variés et identifier des opportunités de développement dans le but d’améliorer le management de la performance RH.

PROFIL
- Une expérience d’au moins 10 ans dans une fonction similaire au sein d’un département RH d’une banque, ou d’une société financière;
- Une forte expertise en Private Banking et une connaissance approfondie de la réglementation en vigueur (Convention Collective,...) ;
- Une grande rigueur, d’excellentes capacités d'analyse, de communication écrite et orale, un fort esprit d’équipe, et la capacité à apporter un conseil de façon proactive dans le strict respect des principes de confidentialité ;
- La capacité à construire des relations professionnelles et de confiance avec nos interlocuteurs internes et externes ; sens aigu du service client ;
- Excellente maitrise des outils de bureautique et plus particulièrement d’Excel et Access. La connaissance d’Oracle constitue un avantage ;
- Parfaite maîtrise des langues française et anglaise. La connaissance d'une autre langue de la communauté européenne constitue un atout.
