Exceptional analytical skill and have a strong understanding of customer behavior, sales and marketing activities is required. Know how to leverage CRM software to extract business insights and optimize customer journeys. Responsible for analyzing customer data to improve customer experience and business decision. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to identify customer behavior patterns, segment customers, and develop targeted campaigns.
Other important skills include project management, communication, and data visualization.
**What you will be working on**:
- Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends and patterns that can improve business operations and customer engagement.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand objectives to develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns that align with the strategy and business goals.
- Track and monitor the performance of CRM campaigns and strategies
- Manage and maintain customer databases together with Data stewardship, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and implementing data clearance best practices.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer segmentation and targeting
- Identify and address any issues or opportunities related to CRM
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maximize the use of features and benefits of the CRM, and continuously seek ways to improve and innovate existing processes and systems.
- Provide training and support to other team members on CRM tools and processes
**What we look for**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM analysis
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proficient in Excel (SQL)
- Ability to understand, analyze, interpret data and make informed recommendations
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with customer segmentation and marketing automation tools
- Experience in developing personalized campaigns, knowledgeable in A/B testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- Excellent level of English
