Description
Fondée en 1856, la Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) est la plus ancienne banque universelle du Grand-Duché. Depuis sa création, elle joue un rôle actif dans les principales phases du développement de l'économie luxembourgeoise. Elle exerce aujourd'hui les métiers de banque de détail, banque privée et banque des entreprises et participe aux marchés de capitaux. Avec plus de 2.000 collaborateurs, la Banque est présente au Luxembourg, en Suisse, et en Chine.
**Mission**:
Dans le cadre de sa mission, le Client Manager sera amené à gérer une catégorie de clients en équipe, ainsi que les rebonds commerciaux dans notre agence en ligne. Il/Elle aura pour objectif de fidéliser et développer la clientèle par une démarche proactive et un suivi actif.
L’objectif du rôle est d’être un expert de la gestion courante et digitale, en collaborant avec les supports administratifs et autres équipes spécialisées.
Responsabilités
- Être co-responsable d’un portefeuille client.
- Être à l’écoute des clients pour les orienter, en fonction de leurs besoins, vers un collègue Housing Advisor ou Relationship Manager.
- Documenter dans le CRM toutes les informations clients (projets en cours, etc).
- Développer constamment ses compétences sur les différentes gammes de produits dans 4 univers différents : Daily, Consumer Finance, Produits d’assurance & fiscaux, Start to Invest.
- S'informer de manière continue sur l’évolution des marchés financiers et sur la vie économique afin d’optimiser la qualité de service offerte au client (pertinence des produits offerts).
- Contribuer à la bonne collaboration et organisation au sein du team de manière à assurer en permanence un encadrement efficient de la clientèle.
Exigences obligatoires
- BAC +3 en Gestion ou expérience équivalente.
- Français et anglais demandés. Toute autre langue est un atout.
- Maîtrise de la fiscalité des résidents ainsi que des frontaliers (BE, FR et DE); très bonne compréhension de l’offre Retail (solides compétences commerciales et bonne connaissance du marché local).
- Maîtrise des procédures de la banque et des obligations compliance et risk (KYC, KYT, AML) et rester informé de tous les changements règlementaires.
- MS Office, BLS, BLS Net.
- Potentiel d’évolution, aisance relationnelle, esprit d’équipe.
- Organisé et capacité à faire preuve d’initiatives, sens des responsabilités.
- Réelles capacités à travailler dans un environnement matriciel.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement en constante évolution.
