**_Gcore is looking for a Business Development Manager [Streaming Plantform] - to join our Sales team_**
- LOCATIONS: Luxembourg, Serbia, Poland, Netherlands, Cyprus, UK_
**Main responsibilities**:
- Responsible for selling Gcore Streaming Platform services
- Growing Gcore‘s market share globally, by actively approaching prospects & turning them into G-Core customers
- Updating HubSpot, G-Cores CRM system; for deal pipeline development stages
- Drive marketing and promotional programs to launch and position G-Core brand
- Take ownership of relationships and commitments with both potential and existing clients (cross-sell/upsell)
**Crucial technical skills and knowledge**:
- 2-years‘ sales experience in selling video services: Live streams, Video hosting, Realtime communication, and automatic video analysis through machine learning services.
- Experience and contacts with industry representatives: Broadcasting, Media, OTT, Sports Media, Entertainment
- Solid business development &/or account management experience
**Desired skills and knowledge**:
- Sales/Bus. Devt. experience
- HubSpot CRM proficiency
- Proven ability to turn leads into deals
- Ability to kick-start and develop long-term commercial relationships
- Understanding of the competitive marketplace for Broadcasting & Streaming major players with hardware and software, cloud and on-premise solutions
- Understanding the principles, problems, and solutions for delivering digital video to a large audience via public Internet or private networks
**Language required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
**Soft skills**:
- Natural go-getter, presentable, articulate, mature, well-educated & responsible
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and willing to travel
