**Job Description**:
Le consultant devra, en collaboration avec le chef de projet et/ou en délégation du Directeur de programme:

- Contribuer à la Structuration du projet dans ses différentes dimensions (organisation, livrables, planning, budget),
- Préparer, suivre le budget et l’avancement du projet,
- Préparer, consolider, valider les éléments d'estimation et de planning de réalisation,
- Définir et produire les indicateurs pour mesurer et analyser l’état d’avancement du projet,
- Piloter, mesurer et analyser l'état d'avancement à l’aide des indicateurs définis dans les tableaux de bord, reporting et supports de comités en vigueur,
- Identifier et escalader au plus tôt les dérives projets (périmètre, qualité, planning, coût,
- Assurer la mise à jour des outils de gestion de projet et de gouvernance,
- Préparer (agenda), organiser les différentes interventions (réunions, ateliers, comités) et en assurer un reportions clair et adéquat (compte rendus),
- Définir, planifier et suivre les besoins en termes de compétences fonctionnelles, techniques, ressources humaines et d’infrastructures,
- Préparer et contribuer aux instances de gouvernance adaptées (Comités de pilotage, projet, risques, d’investissement, d’architecture ),
- Suivre les prestations de l’éditeur en regard des engagements contractuels et financier,
- Faire le lien et répondre aux sollicitations du « Bureau des projets » et de l’Assurance Qualité.

Le tout en respect de la gouvernance du projet.

**Qualifications**:

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de projet, de préférence dans le secteur bancaire ou financier.
- Solides compétences en planification, suivi et reporting de projets.
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de coordination.
- Bonnes connaissances des pratiques et des outils de gestion de projet.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Fortes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
