Join a vibrant, expanding Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) that specializes in _**_Private Equity_**_ and is based in Strassen. As they continue to grow, they are eager to bring on a versatile Corporate Officer to support their expanding operations._
**_ Corporate Officer - Your Role :_**
- Are you an independent thinker with a knack for problem-solving? _
- We're looking for a perceptive Corporate Officer with a _**_keen mind and a solution-oriented approach_**_. You should have a deep understanding of the entire fund management process and be well-versed in Luxembourg law with a _**_solid legal background_**_._
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing both the _**_administrative and legal aspects of private equity funds_**_. You'll initiate and oversee the launch of corporate and SPV funds and supervise the _**_full lifecycle of these funds from a legal standpoint_**_. _
- Your responsibilities will also include _**_handling AML/KYC compliance tasks_**_, such as screening and verifying information, and preparing and following up on legal and _**_administrative documentation_**_. _
- Additionally, you will occasionally _**_support the team with various administrative and operational tasks_**_. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and potentially move into a Fund Administrator role._
**_ Corporate Officer - Your Profile:_**
- To excel in this position, you should be autonomous, insightful, and adept at solving complex issues. A strong grasp of Luxembourg investment fund legislation is essential, as is a _**_minimum of two years_**_ of legal experience and a _**_Bachelor's degree_**_ _**_in Law_**_. _
- Your background should include experience in launching and managing both corporate and SPV funds. You need to be versatile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, meticulous with administrative tasks, and _**_knowledgeable about AML/KYC procedures_**_. _
- Being a cooperative and effective team player in a small team is crucial. _**_Fluency in French and English_**_ is required, and proficiency in _**_Italian_**_ would be an added advantage._
