I seek a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Corporate Officer to join an AIFM based in Luxembourg, Strassen.

As a Corporate Officer, you will be crucial in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing administrative support to your organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all corporate governance matters, including drafting board resolutions, shareholders' meeting minutes, and other legal documents.
- Maintain and update the company's statutory books and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory filings, such as CSSF notifications, annual reports, and other regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with external service providers, including auditors, lawyers, and regulators, to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.
- Assist in the onboarding and due diligence for new clients and investors, ensuring all required documentation is obtained and maintained.
- Contribute to developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Corporate Officer in an AIFM, fiduciary, or service provider in Luxembourg is essential.
- Familiarity with corporate governance practices and company secretarial duties.
- Strong understanding of CSSF requirements and reporting obligations for AIFMs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Italian would be an advantage.
