Cette société, appartenant à un groupe italien avec son siège à Milan, s'est rapidement imposée comme un acteur clé sur le marché luxembourgeois, en particulier dans la création et la gestion de fonds d'investissement spécialisés.

**Corporate Officer - Responsabilités principales**:

- Gérer les aspects corporate et administratifs liés au lancement et à la gestion de fonds, y compris les fonds SPV.
- Créer et maintenir une structure juridique solide avec une connaissance approfondie des réglementations AML/KYC.
- Utiliser un système de screening quotidien pour vérifier l'exactitude des données (environ 30 % du temps consacré à l'AML, le reste à des tâches corporate).
- Collaborer avec des services externalisés, pour garantir la conformité et l'efficacité des processus.
- Utilisation d'un programme interne pour la gestion des documents, principalement en italien (possibilité d'utiliser des outils de traduction).

**Fund Corporate Officer - Profil recherché**:

- Expérience de 2 à 4 ans dans un poste similaire au Luxembourg, avec une solide expertise en gestion de fonds, droit des sociétés, et compliance.
- Compétences linguistiques avancées en français, anglais, et italien (un atout majeur).
- Capacité à s'adapter rapidement et à prendre en charge des responsabilités variées dans un environnement dynamique.
- Autonomie et aptitude à intégrer rapidement un nouveau poste sans besoin de supervision intensive.

**Fund Corporate Officer - Conditions et avantages**:

- Salaire entre 60 000 € et 70 000 € par an, selon l'expérience.
- Bonus minimum équivalent à un mois de salaire.
- Chèques-repas de 10,80 € pour vos pauses déjeuner.
- Place de parking gratuite et horaires fixes de 9h à 18h.
- Possibilité de télétravail, à envisager après une période d'adaptation.
