**(Junior) Corporate Officer - Career Starter, Collaborative Small Team

Our partner, an **international PFS**, offering a genuine investment in their collaborators’ training scheme by fully covering their coaching expenses, which will grant you support in the development of your project and your professional evolution
This PFS has approximately ten people and with a completely accessible management team will allow you to progress at your own pace within a family environment, which will, especially at the beginning of your career, be really appreciated and useful for **up-grading your skills and competencies** while being valued and listened to.
You will have the opportunity to deal with a **varied client portfolio** such as SOPARFIs, SIF, PE-RE and so on, which will really be an asset for you : you will complete your expertise, extend your industry knowledge giving you a strong advantage on the market
No need for you to take your car every single day and be stuck in the traffic jam during long hours Thanks to its perfect localization in the **city center of Luxembourg**, this PFS will save you time and money each day of the year, allowing you to completely seize the day by taking free public transport (bus, tramway, trains).
**Your Responsibilities **|** Corporate Officer - PSF - Legal**
- You will have to lead the **daily legal activities** related to your client portfolio (Holding, Securitization, SOPARFI et cetera) from the constitution to the liquidation.
- As a Corporate Officer, you will be named as the **point of contact** between our partner and third parties (colleagues, clients, bank ) which will help you to create a solid working relationship with various stakeholders’ profiles.
- You will have to organize board and general meetings and also have to draft minutes.

- For this opportunity, we are looking for a motivated and autonomous person that is able to speak in English fluently given the fact that you will have to communicate with a large panel of individuals on the occasion of your day-to-day missions. Any others languages spoken, will be considered as an asset.
- A **minimum of one year experience** as a Corporate Officer in a similar organization in Luxembourg is required for this position, since it will provide you a level of autonomy on your assignments.
- You consider yourself as a dynamic person who has good interpersonal and communication skills, which will help you to integrate quickly within the 10-person team.
**Offer **|** Corporate Officer - PSF - Legal**
- According to your profile and experience for this position your annual remuneration could reach a gross amount of **€ 48 000**, which will allow you as a (Junior) Corporate Officer a good level of independence in your career beginning and start to write your common story with our partner and build a strong relationship based on mutual trust and evolution
- This PFS offers **€ 10.80 meal vouchers** each working day, allowing you to fully enjoy the company of your colleagues by having lunch with them among one of the diversified restaurants close to the office.
