Rattaché(e) au Responsable Supply Chain où vous travaillerez en collaboration étroite avec notre équipe commerciale, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement de nos clients et le développement de nos ventes.
**Votre mission principale sera de**:
- Construire une relation durable et de confiance avec nos clients.
- Présenter nos produits et services de manière convaincante.
- Assurer le traitement et le suivi commercial et administratif des offres.
**Vos responsabilités et tâches principales**
- Conseiller et prospecter : Informer nos clients et prospects sur nos produits et services par téléphone.
- Gérer les demandes clients : Rédiger les devis, communiquer les délais de livraison, préparer et suivre les offres commerciales, gérer les commandes.
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs : Contacter les fournisseurs pour obtenir les prix des produits vendus.
- Participer aux événements commerciaux : Être présent(e) ponctuellement à des salons ou autres événements professionnels.
- Diplôme en vente ou expérience similaire d’au moins 3 ans.
- Excellentes compétences en argumentation et persuasion commerciale.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (suite Office).
- Connaissances ou intérêt pour l’informatique est un atout.
- Maitrise du français et de l’anglais
