**About the Role**:
For our** Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg**, we are currently looking for a **full-time Media Relations Specialist **to join the **Group Press Office **team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will provide support in** building and maintaining relationship** with international publications, including handling inquiries.
In addition, you will **maintain Ferrero global corporate communications editorial calendar** and track **KPIs against defined targets**.
You will collaborate in the **development and execution of Group corporate communication projects and media campaigns** as well as collaborate with **external PR agency **to develop engaging content.
Your role will also include **reviewing and preparing daily and ad-hoc media monitoring reports** to highlight key news related to the company.
Finally, you will **collaborate and support Ferrero corporate communication teams in the markets** in their media engagement and activities.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **university degree in Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, International Relations**, or other related fields and **3-4 years of experience working in a Media Relations/Public Affairs/Corporate Communications role.**
You have interest and knowledge in both **mainstream and social media** and possess **strong project management skills.**
Your in-house or agency experience at national and/or international level will be considered a plus while your experience in FMCG companies is preferred.
Some of your key strengths include attention to details, results-oriented and the ability to work in a matrix, international organization.
You have excellent written and public speaking skills. **Fluency in English is required, while Italian and/or French is considered a plus. **You are proficient in **MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Teams,** and have experience in using media monitoring and social listening platforms such as Talkwalker.
