**About the Role**:
For our** Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg** we are currently looking for a **Corporate Digital Communication Specialist **in the Group Press Office.
**Main Responsibilities**:
You will actively** collaborate within the global Ferrero Group Corporate Communications Center and Press Office team**, supporting the development of the **corporate digital communications strategy.**
You will run the **editorial planning** for the corporate website and social media channels together with local corporate communications and global brand marketing teams.
You will also develop **engaging content** for the global corporate digital and social media channels.
Moreover, you will support the development, execution, and performance tracking of** paid global corporate digital campaigns**. You will need to **monitor and track performance **of digital and social media channels, suggesting data-driven improvement. Additionally, you will support the **roll-out of local websites, brief and coordinate PR and web agencies.**
Finally, you will identify **new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends** to ensure continuous improvement.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will need to have completed a **Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.**
You will have** 3-5 years’ experience working in Digital Communications, Digital Marketing, social media, Corporate Communication or PR. **You will bring a solid experience in **social media management** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others) and in executing paid digital campaigns. Experience in an **agency or the Food & Drink/FMCG industry** will be considered a plus.
Moreover, you will have knowledge of **CMS and SEO** best practices, **social listening** platforms and analytics. You will also show strong **project management skills** and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, as well as ability to problem-solving and learning new platforms/skill sets quickly.
Additionally, you will display excellent **communication and teamwork skills**, attention to detail and **quality,** global mindset and capability to work in an** international context.**
Finally, you will be** fluent in English**, while Italian and/or French will be considered a plus.
