**About the Role**:
**Ferrero Group Headquarters** is looking for a **Media Relations Manager** to join the **Group Press Office and Corporate Communications Competence Centre** with a** one-year fixed term contract.**
As the Media relations Manager you will manage Group Press Office activities, ensuring timely and effective management of global media relations, including issues management. Moreover, you will be responsible for executive counselling as well as media training. In this role you will ensure media engagement and the definition of the editorial calendar and events/speaker programs for Ferrero while ensure adequate support to regions/countries.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Covering this role, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the Group Press Office, ensuring timely and effective management of global media relations.
You will be responsible for international media handling and ensuring timely and effective management of all inquiries concerning Ferrero Group. You will also identify and handle media partnerships.
In this role you will deal with issues management, protecting Ferrero’s reputation by mitigating risks in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Moreover, you will support and/or lead all high-stake media relations activities (e.g. financial reporting, special projects, etc.) and strengthen relationships with global media outlets.
In relation to media insights and analytics, you will provide structure and co-manage a communications agency to provide media monitoring reports. In addition, you will provide insight-led recommendations, ensuring that media monitoring translates into actionable strategies for Ferrero's communication efforts.
You will also act as a point of contact, providing communications guidance and counsel to regions/countries.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your knowledge from a **degree in Communications, PR, Journalism** or a related field, combined with** 6-8 years of experience **in Communications, PR or consulting companies or FMCG companies.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your **in-house and/or agency communications experience **at international and/or national level. Your **specific writing and content development skills**, including press releases, reports, statements, interview briefings, key messages and Q&A, will be key as well. Your experience in **project and events management **and your** knowledge about digital channels **will help you meet this role’s objectives.
Your **passion and knowledge** will be highly valuable, as will your competence in **project management and reporting**. Additionally, you possess excellent written and oral communications skills, strong attention to details and a result-oriented mindset.
Your** innovative spirit** and **collaborative approach** will help you drive things forward with respect to the Group’s way of working. Your **proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and your strategic global mindset **allows you to work effectively in a HQ and international context interacting efficiently with internal and external high-level stakeholders.
