**Media Advisor - Consultant en Solutions Médias (M/F/x)**

**Votre rôle**

En tant que Media Advisor, vous jouez un rôle de conseiller stratégique auprès de nos clients, en combinant expertise en communication, compétences commerciales et capacité à créer de la valeur ajoutée. Vous êtes à la fois un force de vente et un ambassadeur de notre marque.

**Vos responsabilités principales**

Communication, Personal Branding et Influence
- Représenter notre marque avec professionnalisme : Votre posture, votre expertise et votre comportement reflètent les standards du secteur et inspirent confiance à vos interlocuteurs.
- Développer votre influence : Vous êtes actif(ve) sur Linkedin et lors des évènements professionnels, en renforçant votre réseau et votre crédibilité en tant que conseiller média.

Compétences Commerciales et Soft Skills
- Comprendre les besoins des clients : Vous excellez dans l'analyse des enjeux stratégiques et commerciaux des clients, en posant les bonnes questions pour identifier leurs attentes et proposer des solutions adaptées (Print, Digital et Live)
- Vendre la valeur ajoutée : Vous savez démontrer la valeur des offres proposées au-délà du prix, et ajuster les propositions sans compromettre la perception de qualité.
- Transformer les opportunités en succès : Vous qualifiez rigoureusement les leads, entrez en contact avec les interlocuteurs clés, et concluez des rendez-vous stratégiques avec efficacité.
- Gérer objections et négociations : Vous anticipez et répondez avec assurance aux objections, en renforcant la perception de la valeur tout en défendant des prix compétitifs.
- Instaurer des relations de confiance : Grâce à votre expertise et votre fiabilité, vous bâtissez des relations durables centrées sur les besoins des clients.
- Maintenir une activité commerciale élevée : Vous planifiez un volume significatif de rendez-vous et d'interactions tout en garantissant une qualité constante dans vos échanges.
- Développer votre résilience : Vous transformez les refus et obstacles en opportunités d'apprentissage, en maintenant un état d'esprit positif et orienté résultats.

**Votre profil**
- Vous avez une **expérience en conseil ou vente de solutions médias **(régie publicitaire, agence de communication ou secteur connexe).
- Vous êtes **orienté client et résultats**, avec une capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes et à gérer des projets complexes.
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par **le monde des médias,** curieux(se) et engagé(e) à toujours proposez des solutions à haute valeur ajoutée.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), dynamique et doté(e) d'un excellent **sens relationnel**. Votre capacité d'écoute et vos compétences en négociation vous distinguent.
- Vous maitrisez couramment le français et l'anglais (le luxembourgeois et/ou l'allemand sont des atouts).
