**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do?**
- Providing executive and personal support to the Partners, Directors and Managers
- Diary management, arranging meetings, booking travel
- Be a central administrative support function (e.g. support with formatting presentations, correspondence, updates of template documents, etc )
- Monitoring office supplies
- Overseeing contracts and quotations
- Invoicing clients
- Oversee the budgets
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Be a key point of contact for external supply chains
**Qualifications**:
**Who you are?**
- 3-5 years experience in a similar positions
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Exceptional management, administration, organisational, scheduling, time and delivery/implementation skills
- Results focused
- Team player
- A personal approach with creative thinking, intuition and flair
- Highly focused on detail and able to manage situations with sensitivity
- Pro-active and self-motivated individual
