**The HR Business partner is responsible for HR processes in clusters including**:
- Recruitment process: in close collaboration with local HRs and Head of departments, and following local specificities defines the job description, sourcing strategy, posting, and leading the interview process, onboarding.
- Leadership Development processes: supports and coordinates GEDP process, supports in nomination of Leadership trainings, conducts succession planning reviews with head of departments and local HR team, prepares Career Committees, Performance assessments moderation, data consolidation, presentation, HRIS systems updates
related to transversal IT team.
- Support & coordination of HR campaigns such as Salary increases, bonus and promotions in accordance with local regulations
- HRIS reporting on various tools (SAP BI, eGEDP), support in data quality and maintenance & organizational updates, - Ad hoc requests of HR statistical analysis.He/She is the main HR point of contact for IT/IS cluster team based in Spain, France North, France South, Luxembourg, Belgium and Bremen.
**Support on ad-hoc HR Projects for the full scope**
**Profile**:
- Master’s degree in human resources or Business/Management (University or Business Schools)
- Relevant experience (minimum 1 year) in one of the relevant HR domains (Recruitment, Leadership Development, HR controlling, Compensation & Benefits)
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexible in adapting to changing environments.Fluent in English. Any other European language is appreciated (French, Spanish, Dutch, German).
**The conditions for undertaking a V.I.E**:
To become an International Intern in a Company, you must fulfil the following conditions:
- Be aged at least 18 but not yet 29 : you must be 28 when you start your assignment, bearing in mind that a V.I.E contract always starts on the 1st of the month.
- Be French or a European citizen.
- Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°).
- Have a clean criminal record.
Contract : 1-year VIE contract, with renewable for an additional 12 months.
