Customer Accounts Review

Perform a thorough review of all customer accounts to identify cases in which the current invoicing is not aligned with the contract conditions.
- Report on a weekly level the key findings to the Management team.
- Work together with a multi-functional taskforce (Customer Care, Sales, Finance and IT teams) to define the adequate action plan to address each identified opportunity.
- According to the Junior Officer’s performance and the review outcomes, the contract can potentially be extended to 6 months or an even longer period of time.
- Key skills: Organization, discipline, attention to detail, analysis & reporting.
- Fluency in English; working proficiency of French, German or Dutch is a plus.
- Working proficiency of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, proactive way of working.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a wider team.
