In een steeds competitievere markt blijft de Groep Foyer trouw aan haar waarden:

Als onderdeel van onze voortdurende ontwikkeling, wenst Foyer haar activiteiten in Oost-Vlaanderen uit de breiden. Hiervoor is Foyer op zoek naar een **Sales Manager BOAR**.
Je zal aan de oorsprong liggen van onze ontplooiing in Vlaanderen, met als opdracht een netwerk van makelaars in Oost-Vlaanderen te ondersteunen, en uit te breiden.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je klanten zijn (onafhankelijke) verzekeringsmakelaars, waarmee je de verkoop van FOYER/AVISE oplossingen gaat realiseren (B2B-omgeving).
- Je bent een echte ambassadeur van FOYER en AVISE (underwriting agency van FOYER Groep in België), en je gaat onze oplossingen en onze marktstrategie promoten in jouw regio. Je bent de commerciële link tussen FOYER en de makelaars van je netwerk (bijv.: je verdedigt de strategie van je maatschappij en stelt de beste oplossing voor in de complexe dossiers).
- Je hoofddoel bestaat erin de verkoopdoelstellingen in de sector Non-Life Retail en ZKO (Zelfstandigen en Kleine Ondernemingen) te bereiken. In samenwerking met de makelaar bepaal je een actieplan voor de verwezenlijking van deze commerciële doelstellingen.
- Als echte partner motiveer je, met je overtuigingskracht, de makelaars om hun expertiseniveau te verbeteren, hun rentabiliteit en hun autonomie te verhogen in de commercialisering van onze oplossingen.
- Je brengt de makelaars op de hoogte van de nieuwe oplossingen en alle acties die door FOYER & AVISE ontwikkeld worden.
- Je netwerk zal bestaan uit een selectie van makelaarskantoren in de regio Oost
- Vlaanderen.
- Last but not least zal je mee bijdragen aan de continue innovatie die bij FOYER zeer belangrijk is, op gebied van producten, digitalisering en distributie.
**Vereiste Vaardigheden**:
- Je hebt een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en je bent resultaatgericht: je werkt graag met duidelijke en ambitieuze doelstellingen.
- Je hebt interesse in de verzekeringswereld, en een positieve ervaring in Non-Life verzekeringen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, aangezien je verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de regio Oost-Vlaanderen.
- Je spreekt daarnaast ook goed Frans, en kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je kan de behoeften van de klant begrijpen en bepalen wat de beste oplossing is om voor te stellen.
- Je bent enthousiast, positief en je grijpt de kansen wanneer ze zich voordoen.
- Je werkt autonoom en je deelt je kennis met je team want je bent ook een echte teamplayer.
- Je springt vlot om met de courante PC-toepassingen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,), en de moderne toepassingen voor video-conferencing kent voor u ook geen geheimen.
