Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Foyer recherche pour son Département **Employee Benefits (EB) **un:
**Sales Manager Employee Benefits (h/f)**
**Vos missions**
- Développer l’activité commerciale EB (vie et santé collective) ;
- Développer et animer un réseau d’apporteurs d’affaires ;
- Accompagner et conseiller les clients existants ;
- Présenter et négocier des offres en clientèle.
**Votre poste**:
- **Dynamique commerciale**
- Vous inciterez et favoriserez l’upselling sur les clients existants,
- En collaboration avec les différents départements du Groupe Foyer, vous favoriserez le cross-selling,
- Vous coordonnerez les demandes de nouveaux contrats avec le Back-Office,
- Vous coordonnerez les actions de développement EB avec les Responsables de Secteur et les agents,
- Vous soutiendrez le réseau des agents dans le cycle de vente en les accompagnant en clientèle,
- Vous formerez les agents et courtiers sur le contenu de l’offre et les thématiques EB,
- Vous validerez les projets et contrats remis aux clients,
- Vous interviendrez dans le cadre de projets d’amélioration des produits et services proposés.
- **Relation clients**
- Vous gèrerez la relation avec les grands comptes et les clients existants,
- Vous organiserez et animerez des sessions spécifiques d’information destinées au personnel,
- Vous rencontrerez les clients existants afin de faire évoluer leur contrat,
**Votre profil**
- Vous possédez une formation universitaire en économie ou gestion ou êtes diplômé d’une école de commerce (min Bac+3),
- Vous démontrez idéalement une expertise sur les thématiques Employee Benefits
- Vous justifiez de 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire,
- Vous faites preuve de créativité dans la recherche de solutions à apporter aux clients,
- Vous avez d’excellentes capacités de communication,
- Vous êtes doté d’une très bonne capacité de négociation en BtoB,
- Vous faites preuve de proactivité et avez un bon sens de l’écoute,
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais. Le luxembourgeois et l’allemand sont considérés comme de réels atouts.
