**The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine** (FSTM) contributes multidisciplinary expertise in the fields of **Mathematics**, **Physics**, **Engineering**, **Computer Science**, **Life Sciences** and **Medicine**. **Your Role...**:
The Administrative Assistant will support the professors in Nursing Science and team members of Nursing Science of the Department of Life Science and Medicine:
- Liaise with the University administration and support administrative processes
- Administration of business trips, acquisition orders, invoices
- Support budget management
- Welcome visitors, sort out mails, structure and sort out folders, handle phone calls
- Support the production of yearly reports, evaluation documents, etc.
- Help with the organization of conferences, exhibits, committees, meetings, etc.
- Ensures a linguistic revision and layouts of documents
**What we expect from you**:
- Professional training and/or education in office management or studies in business administration, or related fields
- Several years of experience in administrative work, preferably in a research or academic environment
- Team player, diplomatic and able to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
- Good sense of prioritizing tasks and good self-management skills
- Open-minded, proactive, able to multi-task and able to work autonomously
- Fluency in English and French are required, knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be an advantage
- Proficiency with modern office software, spreadsheets, and content management systems; experience with Zotero and SAP would be an advantage
- Aptitude in dealing with numbers and following up on budgets
- Welcoming and service-oriented attitude
