Senior Transaction Management PCS

**What is the opportunity?**

As Senior Fund Administrator with the Private Capital Services, you will be in charge of the administration of Luxembourg funds and the processing of transactions supported by accurate and complete documentation. These transactions are processed as per the cut off agreed with our clients. The role also requires helping to ensure that the duties (including Legal duties) of a custodian, a depositary (safekeeping) and/or a Banker are applied and respected, and that our services are aligned with group decisions and global operating models.

**What will you do?**
- Support the supervisor and manager to ensure the team runs efficiently
- Analyse client’s documentation with regards to PCS transactions
- Ensure transactions are processed on time and properly record kept with proper controls
- Ensure client retention through proper service delivery and active support of client reviews
- Manage interaction with stakeholders such as PCS services, depositary, custodian, auditors, onboarding teams, product, Client Management teams
- Develop dedicated expertise in various private Capital matters
- Prepare/review client reporting, e.g. audit requests, etc., ensure resolutions of the various client queries in a timely manner and ensure proper resolution of issues including those with internal departments

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- University or post-Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Law with work experience in Fund Administration Operations for 2.5 to 5 years
- Expertise on Private Capital structure and activities, having excellent knowledge on Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt instruments and Infrastructure.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to efficiently manage time, rank priorities and respect deadlines
- Demonstrate autonomy, with the ability to take initiatives in order to improve process flows
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication skills

**Nice to have**
- Expertise on AIFMD and UCITS V regulations, especially regarding depositary topics
- Knowledge of some systems used in the fund industry. Knowledge on Private Capital system considered as an advantage
- German, Italian language skills would be considered an asset

**Job Summary**
