**Job Title**
Senior Analyst Production Assurance CSTM
**What is the opportunity?**
Transaction Management Production Assurance promotes collaboration by using best practices to drive business and customer-valued results and complement center of production located in Malaysia and Client facing staff located in Ireland.
**What will you do?**
- Participate in the activities and deliver objectives linked to following Streams
- Monitor operational activities performed in Transaction Management operational hub based in Kuala Lumpur
- Monitor Client facing activities performed in Transaction Management operational hub based in Dublin (Transaction Management, SME, Entitlements)
- Control - Perform controls on critical TM related activities to ensure client and RBC risks are under control
- Readiness Regulatory reporting management - ensure reports are accurate ans sent in due time to the regulators
- Bank Loans - Monitor Operational activities performed in TM Kuala Lumpur.

- Excellent custody business knowledge
- Execution excellence, Teamwork and cooperation
- Problem solving, ability to work under pressure and prioritize action
- Strong oral and written communication skills, English, French
- Client focus
**Nice-to-have**
- 5-year experience within an international banking environment
- Extensive knowledge of custody business & change management expertise
