To face such an important business development trend, we are actively looking to hire a full-time Luxembourg-based Financial Admin staff in order to support the finance team.
Our client is an alternative investments platform of a publicly traded investment holding company listed, jointly controlled by two reputable families. Our client currently manages a portfolio of approximately 3 billion but is targeting to significantly increase this amount with the ongoing strategy of the group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily treasury management
Handling bank correspondence
Coordinate and execute payment process
Reconciliation of bank statements
Preparation of treasury management report
Collaborate in preparation of quarterly cash projections
Accounts payables / receivables management
Being direct contact person for vendors
Managing approval process of invoices
Preparation of sales invoices and follow up of accounts payable/receivable
Managing incoming /outgoing invoices mailbox

**Contribution to management reporting**:
Assist with portfolio management monitoring
Preparation and follow up of various reports
Contribution and collaboration on quarterly/yearly closings, eg preparation of closing documents, contacting suppliers for outstanding unbilled fees

**Assist in regulatory reporting**:
Contribution to the preparation of the VAT and Income Tax returns
Monitoring of financial deadlines
Monitoring and providing external service providers with required documents
Contribute to improvements of process
Contribute to internal projects

**In your role, your qualifications are**:
Min 3 years' relevant qualification experience
Fluency in English, any other language an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Autonomous, flexible and committed, driven by results and deadlines
Extremely rigorous, with high attention to details
Good critical thinking skills
Comfortable learning and working in new and different accounting software
Curious and proactive, taking initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in deliverables, processes and organization
