REGIS-TR S.A. is a central trade repository for trades and transactions across multiple product classes and jurisdictions and is owned by SIX.

Are you studying and do you have skills in the field of Business Administration? Do you have interest about the financial industry and are you looking for an interesting internship in a highly dynamic environment? Are you passionate about business management and its impact on business outcomes?

If you have affirmative answers to these questions, our Corporate Affairs Team wants to hear from you We are a fast-paced and solution oriented team responsible for our company’s business administration and operational support. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to support general business and project activities.

**What You Will Do**:

- general and administrative support to the REGIS-TR team in Luxembourg
- support the business with incoming and outcoming payments, and the follow-up of financial topics
- support the process for clients who are late in the settlement of invoices
- administer contractual agreements and updates
- support internal projects and their related activities

**What You Bring**:

- studies of higher university education (Bachelor's or Master's) degree programme focusing on Business Administration, Finance or Economics
- excellent organizational and administrative skills
- flexible and an ability to work on many different tasks
- ability to work independently and be a team player at the same time and determination to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- high level in both written and spoken English (B2 minimum)
