Für unsere Abteilung Structuring - Financial Assets am Standort Munsbach in Luxemburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d).
- Luxemburg- Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A.- Festanstellung- VollzeitDEIN AUFGABENGEBIET
- Du bist für die disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung der Abteilung Structuring - Financial Assets mit derzeit neun Mitarbeitenden zuständig
- Du agierst als Coach, Vorbild und Förderer für die Mitarbeitenden der Abteilung
- Mit Deiner Abteilung verantwortest Du die Auflage von verschiedenen Fondsvehikeln (u.a. OGAW, SIF, RAIF) sowohl nach luxemburgischem als auch nach deutschem Recht
- Daneben fallen die Umsetzung von Fondsmigrationen, -fusionen und -liquidationen in Deinen Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Du bist für die Umsetzung von regulatorischen Neuerungen, die sich auf unsere Fondsvehikel auswirken, verantwortlich
- Du bist dafür verantwortlich, sowohl die Qualität und Leistung als auch die fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung zu sichern
- Darüber hinaus bist du dafür zuständig, dass die Abteilung erfolgreich von internen und externen Parteien wahrgenommen wird und zu einem wesentlichen Mehrwert beiträgt

DEIN PROFIL
- Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder rechtswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium absolviert
- Du verfügst über mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Verwaltungsgesellschaft, Kanzlei, Wirtschaftsprüfergesellschaft oder bei einem anderen Finanzdienstleister
- Vorzugsweise bringst du bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft mit
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse luxemburger und deutscher Fondsvehikel mit und bist mit den Abläufen im Lebenszyklus dieser vertraut
- Außerdem kennst Du die Anforderungen von Fondsinitiatoren und Investoren an verschiedene Fondsvehikel und kannst diesbezüglich beraten
- Daneben bist Du sehr sicher Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten (Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
- Du bist zielorientiert, belastbar und zuverlässig und weist eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf
- Deine Arbeitsweise würdest Du als sorgfältig und strukturiert beschreiben, dabei erledigst Du Aufgaben sowohl eigenverantwortlich als auch in der Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
