We are currently looking for a Team Head of Data Management (M/F/d) to support ourgrowing operations in the Reporting department.


Job Specification

  • Responsible of the Data Management within LRI as well for your team.
  • Coordinate and collect data for the various teams;
  • Working internally with LRI teams and across the global Apex network
  • Manage data into a database to ensure completeness and quality
  • Thoroughly understand process flows and propose improvements
  • Investigate, identify gaps, communicate and propose ad hoc corrections
  • Follow all guidelines to design an effective database
  • Transforming data into a format that can be easily analysed
  • Automate process and reports
  • Support the LRI Reporting on a adhoc basis for relevant data, extracts and
- reports.

  • Professional experience in a similar position in the asset management sector;
  • An ability and desire to work to tight deadlines;
  • An ability to multitask and manage projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues,
- clients, other divisions of LRI and professional intermediaries;

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail;
  • Great team player with excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, VBA;
  • Advanced knowledge on MS Access and SQL query is an added asset;
  • Knowledge on Alteryx;
  • Proficiency in English and German. Knowledge of additional languages are of advantage
