Head of Accounting – PSF Prestigieux, 110K

Nous avons le grand plaisir d'accompagner notre partenaire de longue date, un PSF en pleine croissance au Luxembourg, dans sa recherche de son futur Head of Accounting. Avec une équipe très ouverte et dynamique d'une 40-aine de personnes, le PSF assure des services de haute qualité en matière de comptabilité, fiscalité, compliance et gestion corporate quotidienne.

C'est grâce à son approche personnalisée que la structure a connu une très belle croissance ces dernières années, et qu'elle a pu développer un beau portefeuille clients de SPV, Holdings et même fonds d'investissement alternatifs.

Cette croissance nécessite évidemment une aide supplémentaire aux gérants et managers en place, et c'est dans ce contexte que vous pourrez apporter une vraie plus-value en tant que Head of Accounting. Vous serez à la tête d'une équipe très communicative et dynamique, allant de profils très juniors à des comptables ayant une forte expertise en PSF.

La bonne ambiance est aussi toujours en rendez-vous dans la structure, qui est d'autant plus renforcée par les team buildings réguliers mis en place. De cette façon, vous êtes certain de pouvoir apporter votre expérience à une équipe qui est stable, et que vous verrez évoluer sur le long terme.

Vos responsabilités | Head of Accounting – PSF – Accounting – Comptabilité - Comptable

  • Vous serez responsable du département comptable du PSF, et serez donc à la tête d'une équipe de 10 comptables (allant de profils junior à manager). Vous serez leur premier point de contact en cas de questions.
  • Vous êtes responsable de la revue des dossiers gérés par les comptables juniors et séniors, c'est-à-dire la revue et validation des bilans/comptes annuels, les déclarations fiscales et TVA.
  • Vous supervisez votre équipe et jouez un rôle important dans leur montée en compétences, en les formant notamment.
  • Vous êtes impliqué dans l'amélioration des processus internes et la mise en place d'un agenda des échéances.
  • Vous gérez le conseil client et les rendez-vous avec ces derniers. Vous prêtez une attention particulière à l'accompagnement personnalisé et qualitatif.
  • Vous participez au recrutement de nouveaux collaborateurs ainsi qu'aux évaluations.

Profil et parcours | Head of Accounting – PSF – Accounting – Comptabilité - Comptable

  • Vous disposez de 7 ans d'expérience ou plus en tant que comptable au sein de PSF ou fiduciaires au Luxembourg.
  • Vous avez eu l'occasion d'avoir des responsabilités managériales et de revoir le travail effectué par votre équipe de comptables.
  • Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit et de l'anglais.
  • Vous êtes 100% autonome dans la gestion de SPV et Holdings. Une expérience avec des fonds d'investissement constituera un avantage supplémentaire.
  • Vous avez les épaules pour un poste à responsabilités comme celui-ci, et vous avez un excellent sens de l'organisation et des priorités.
