Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée dans le développement et la vente de produits immobiliers résidentiels. Afin de renforcer son équipe il cherche un Team Manager pour superviser une équipe d'agents immobilier juniors.

Au sein d'une entreprise à taille humaine et en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Commercial vous aurez l'opportunité de:
Manager l’équipe commerciale en place et recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs ;
Définir les objectifs commerciaux collectifs et individuels de vos collaborateurs ;
Les accompagner dans leur formation, les faire monter en compétente tout en faisant le suivi de leur performance ;
En parallèle vous assurerez le développement du portefeuille de l'entreprise et la réalisation de vos propres objectifs commerciaux ;
**Votre profil**:
Détenteur d'un diplôme BAC+3 ou équivalent ;
Une expérience réussie d'au moins 3 ans dans la vente immobilière au Luxembourg ;
D'excellentes capacités managériales, un véritable leadership, de bonnes capacités de conviction et de négociation ;
La maîtrise du français est indispensable. L'anglais est un atout ;
