CTG PSF est une société de services en informatique au service d’une clientèle Luxembourgeoise à dominante financière._
- Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons _**un Senior Account Manager / Business Developer (H/F)**

**Vos missions**
- Vous **analysez **les besoins du marché et proposez des **solutions **innovantes et spécifiques
- Vous êtes en charge **d’identifier **de **nouvelles opportunités** commerciales correspondant aux solutions proposées par CTG
- A travers une démarche active de prospection, vous **détectez **et **fidélisez** de **nouveaux clients**:

- Votre expérience vous permet d’être **force de proposition **dans l’élaboration de la **stratégie **commerciale de CTG
- Vous êtes garant d’un **accompagnement dynamique **et de **qualité **de vos clients
- Vous partagez et répandez les **valeurs **de CTG sur la place Luxembourgeoise
- Vous menez les **négociations commerciales **et **contractuelles**:

- Vous maitrisez le marché et effectuez une **veille concurrentielle**:

- Vous travaillez en **étroite collaboration** avec les autres **services internes** pour garantir un service fiable à vos clients

**Votre profil**
- Vous justifiez d’une **expérience commerciale BtB réussie dans le domaine des services IT au Luxembourg**:

- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances quant au **fonctionnement du monde de la SS2I**:

- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une **formation supérieure à **orientation **commerciale **ou **IT.**:

- Vos capacités **relationnelles **ainsi que votre **curiosité **vous permettent de développer un important réseau professionnel et de créer des relations durables avec vos clients
- Vous êtes **dynamique **et clairement **orienté résultats**:

- Vous êtes **flexible**, très bon **communiquant **et à même de vous **adapter **à vos **interlocuteurs**, internes comme externes afin de pouvoir délivrer un service aligné aux valeurs CTG
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le **français **& **l'anglais **afin de vous permettre de négocier avec des clients non francophones (l'allemand et le luxembourgeois représentent de sérieux atouts)
