LSC Engineering Group associe d’importants bureaux d’ingénieurs conseils Luxembourgeois, actifs dans le domaine du génie civil : Infrastructures, Bâtiment et Statique, Environnement, Géotechnique, Urbanisme, Topographie, Techniques spéciales, Coordination sécurité-santé, Construction durable etc

Au sein de LSC Engineering Group, les collaborateurs assurent les fonctions administratives de support auprès de ses filiales (près de 300 salariés).

Au sein d’une équipe de 6 personnes, en étroite collaboration avec la directrice des ressources humaines vous participer à l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH du groupe.

**Votre mission**:

- Assurer un rôle opérationnel dans la gestion de l’équipe RH
- Elaborer et analyser les reportings pour chaque entité du groupe
- Participer aux processus RH de manière opérationnelle
- Préparer les enquêtes internes, les analyser et proposer des actions
- Participer à tous les projets du département, notamment les projets de mise en place d’un ERP et

de développement d’une GPEC
- Assurer l’adaptation continue des process RH

**Votre profil**:

- Diplômé(e) Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines ou orientation sciences humaines
- Vous disposez d’une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans une fonction similaire au Luxembourg
- Excellente connaissance pratique du droit du travail Luxembourgeois et méthodes de GPEC
- Maîtrise du Français et de l’Allemand, le Luxembourgeois étant considéré comme un avantage
- Maîtrise des outils office et grandes capacités d’adaptation et connaissance d’un SIRH
- Méthodique, proactif(ve) et organisé(e), avec un sens accru des responsabilités et de la confidentialité
