**Vos responsabilités:
- Manager l'équipe Regulatory Services et s'assurer du bon déroulement des activités de l'équipe concernée
- Au quotidien, assurer et contrôler la production des rapports sous la responsabilité de l'équipe en garantissant l'envoi des données vers nos plateformes dédiées, l'analyse et le traitement des anomalies, le suivi des corrections
- Contribuer activement à l'amélioration de la qualité des données reportées en menant ou en coordonnant des analyses détaillées avec les experts des activités concernées et les équipes techniques
- Dresser régulièrement un état des lieux complet de la production et des analyses en cours à destination des organes de surveillance et de décision de la banque
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux rapports règlementaires et à l'évolution de rapports existants
- Piloter la production des équipes opérationnelles
- Contrôler l'envoi et la réception des Reporting vers les autorités de contrôles/prestaires au quotidien,
- Mettre à jour les différents tableaux de bords de monitoring des Reporting,
- Analyser les défauts de qualité de données et proposer des actions et ou solutions d'amélioration avec les différentes chaînes de valeur,
- Prendre en charge les requêtes des Régulateurs et documenter les plans d'actions,
- Analyser les diverses « Release Management » de nos prestataires et remonter les incidences, impacts aux différentes chaînes de valeurs,
- Prendre connaissance des différentes mises à jour des réglementations, Q&A ainsi que les circulaires des régulateurs et documenter les divers changements à prévoir sur la production des Reporting.

**Vos compétences:
- BAC+4/5 en gestion / économie et/ou finance ou équivalent
- Une expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans dans le secteur bancaire, avec une bonne connaissance générale des produits et des transactions, et idéalement dans le traitement des rapports règlementaires (Ex : Transaction Reporting « MiFIR », EMIR, SFTR, CDDP)
- Une expérience de 5 ans en tant que Manager d'équipe est exigée
- Maitrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit). La connaissance de l'allemand est un atout
- Bonne connaissance générale des règlementations applicables au secteur bancaire luxembourgeois et européen (MiFID/MiFIR, EMIR,)
- Connaissance avancée dans les outils bureautiques (notamment Microsoft Excel)
- Connaissances avancées dans la manipulation de data (requêtes SQL, Python, BO, MicroStrategy, DataIku,)
- Team player avec des capacités managériales et d'entreprenariat confirmées
- Fortes compétences analytiques et aptitudes à contribuer au développement stratégique du Département
- Aisance à travailler dans un environnement en perpétuel changement avec le souhait d'atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle
- Sens de l'organisation et des responsabilités
- Flexibilité et réactivité
- Excellente compréhension à la lecture de textes règlementaires (lois, règlements, circulaires)
