Notre client recherche plusieurs ACCOUNT MANAGER JUNIOR de tous les horizons pour rejoindre son équipe commerciale sur le Grand duché du Luxembourg. En quoi consiste le métier ?
- En tant que Account Manager, vous serez dans l'action et 100 % sur le terrain, en contact permanent avec nos clients, pour chercher comment nous pouvons les aider. Vous serez aussi en recherche de nouveaux partenariats.
- Le modèle de vente adopté est celui d’un consultant. Loin du traditionnel démarchage téléphonique, il s'agit d'entretenir et de développer des relations de confiance avec des clients afin de les aider à trouver les solutions les plus innovantes et rentables pour répondre à leurs besoins. Vous ferez des démonstrations des produits les plus novateurs du secteur qui font la réputation du client.
- Vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour exceller dans votre mission. Un management de proximité et également un véhicule tout équipé. Vous profiterez d’un environnement de travail favorisant un juste équilibre entre l’autonomie et l’entraide. Vous gérerez votre propre planning tout en faisant partie d'une équipe conviviale et dynamique.
- Vous aurez de nombreuses responsabilités, parmi lesquelles la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients variés : acheteurs, chefs de projets, artisans, dirigeants d'entreprises. Il vous appartiendra de tout mettre en œuvre pour réaliser les objectifs. Profil recherché:
- Vous êtes diplômé d’une Licence ou d’un Master
- Vous maitrisez le Français et l'Anglais
- Une expérience dans le domaine est toujours appréciée mais non indispensable
- Titulaire du Permis B
- Vous avez d’excellentes capacités de communication et compétences relationnelles.
- Vous faites preuve de détermination, d’audace et aimez les challenges.
- La mobilité nationale est un accélérateur de carrière.
