Customer Service Employee

Taking part into the Customer Service Team and in charge of your own customer database, you will play a crucial support role. Your activities will include:
Manage inbound and outbound calls;
Handle mail requests;
Implement customer needs;
Provide quality work and ensure customer satisfaction;
Track the achievement of one's goals;
Support the Sales Team.
You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position;
You speak French and English fluently (German and Luxembourgish would be a plus);
You master Microsoft Office;
You are comfortable with clients over the phone;
You are dynamic, proactive and team-player.
Specialized in online HR services, our client belongs to a large international group with more than 15 years of experience in Luxembourg.
It is now one of the leaders in its field and has shown continuous innovation over the years.
