Description
SECO Luxembourg est à la recherche d'un(e) Agent de Service Client enthousiaste et compétent pour être le premier point de contact avec les clients, traiter leurs demandes et assurer un suivi efficace. Ce rôle est crucial pour garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle à travers une communication fluide et un traitement efficace des transactions commerciales.
**Responsabilités**:
- Prendre en charge l’enregistrement des commandes, leur gestion et le suivi
- Assurer l'exactitude des informations et la satisfaction des délais
- Préparer et rédiger les offres de prix, les contrats et tout autre document nécessaire durant le cycle de vente
- Assister dans diverses tâches administratives incluant l’encodage de données et la gestion documentaire
- Servir de liaison entre les commerciaux et d'autres départements pour assurer la fluidité des opérations
- Maintenir à jour les dossiers clients dans le système CRM, suivre les offres commerciales en cours et agir proactivement pour répondre aux besoins clients
- Assurer ponctuellement des fonctions de réception, répondre au standard téléphonique et gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes
**Compétences requises**:
- BTS/Bachelor en communication, management commercial, hôtellerie ou relations publiques
- Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office et Dynamics 365
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et verbales, capacité à communiquer clairement et efficacement
- Forte orientation vers le service client, capacité à gérer les demandes clients de manière professionnelle et empathique
- Aptitude à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe, coopération interdépartementale pour garantir le succès des opérations
**Compétences utiles**:
- Une première expérience ou un stage en administration, particulièrement dans un rôle similaire, est préférable
- Familiarité avec le milieu de la construction est un plus
- Capacité à rester flexible et réactif face aux imprévus, autonomie dans la gestion quotidienne des tâches
