**Funds Corporate Officer : the function**

- You independently manage the entire lifecycle of a company, from its incorporation to its liquidation.
- You prepare Board meetings, Shareholders' meetings, and handle the opening of bank accounts for the company's clients, who are P/E funds or AIFMs.
- You provide support during internal and external audits aimed at ensuring compliance with Compliance procedures.
- You conduct legal monitoring on AML/KYC topics related to your client portfolio.
- You are the point of contact for various external partners of the company (notary, lawyer, tax authorities) on all matters related to fund administration and legal documentation (CSSF, RCS, RBE).

**Funds Corporate Officer : your profile**
- You hold a **Master's degree** in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or any other related field.
- You are fluent in **French** and **English** (knowledge of Italian is a real plus).
- You are familiar with the tasks of a Corporate Officer (**with 2 to 4 years** of experience in a similar role in** Luxembourg**) and have a good understanding of AML/KYC as well as an interest in the legal field.
- Knowledge of funds (UCITS/AIFM/PE) is a real asset for this position.
- You are described as a curious, motivated person with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
