**Funds Corporate Officer : Votre fonction**
- Vous gérer en autonomie l'ensemble du cycle de vie d'une société de sa constitution à sa liquidation
- Vous préparez les Board meetings, Assemblée des actionnaires et gérer les ouvertures de comptes bancaires pour les clients de la société qui sont des fonds P/E ou AIFM
- Vous apportez votre soutien lors de la réalisation d'audits interne et externe visant à garantir la conformité des procédures Compliance
- Réaliser une veille juridique sur les sujets AML/KYC en lien avec votre portefeuille de clients
- Vous êtes le point de contact de divers partenaires externes de la société (notaire, avocat, autorités fiscales) pour tous les sujets relatifs à l'administration des fonds et à la documentation juridique (CSSF, RCS, RBE)
***Funds Corporate Officer : Votre profil**

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un **Master** en Business Administration, Economie, Droit ou de tout autre domaine connexe
- Vous parlez couramment **français** et **anglais** (la connaissance de l'italien constitue un réel plus)
- Les tâches d'un Corporate Officer vous sont familières (entre 2 et 4 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire au Luxembourg) et vous avez de bonnes notions en AML/KYC ainsi qu'une appétence pour le domaine juridique
- La connaissance des fonds (UCITS/AIFM/PE) est un réel atout pour occuper ce poste
