**Vos missions au quotidien**:
Le VIE intégrera, au sein de la Direction financière, le service de Pilotage Financier Stratégique de Société Générale Luxembourg (filiale du Groupe Société Générale).

Vous aimez l’interaction avec les partenaires métier et la Direction Générale ? En tant que Finance Business Partner, vous établissez une relation de confiance avec votre partenaire, vous êtes garant de l’information financière que vous modélisez.

Vous produisez des analyses permettant la prise de décision et vous simulez les conséquences de ces décisions. Bref rien ne vous échappe

Concrètement, dans le cadre des grandes missions de la Direction financière (en particulier la réalisation des arrêtés mensuels, trimestriels et annuels ainsi que les constructions budgétaires et des plans stratégiques) vous serez amené- e à (liste non-exhaustives):

- Comprendre l’activité et les enjeux du partenaire, afin d’être en mesure de le conseiller
- En lien avec le partenaire, construire le budget et les estimés, et expliquer les hypothèses retenues
- Expliquer le réalisé et analyser avec le métier les raisons économiques de l’évolution des frais généraux - inflation, investissement
- Traduire les décisions du partenaire métier et de la Direction Générale en effets financiers dont vous garantissez l’exactitude
- Conseiller la Direction du métier sur des pistes d’optimisation de coûts, et faciliter la résolution de tout problème de nature financière, dans le respect des règles de la Direction Financière
- Participer à l’analyse de la rentabilité des Business Unit en expliquant les allocations des coûts aux différents métiers.
- Accompagner vos partenaires métiers dans leurs décisions financières à des moments clés : construction et certification de business case, décisions d’investissement, pilotage financier de sa transformation
- Accompagner le métier dans l’analyse de ses performances sur l’intégralité du P&L (revenus, frais généraux, coût net du risque, effectifs ) ainsi que sur des dimensions spécifiques à l’activité (rentabilité des nouvelles opérations, par exemple)

**Votre profil**

De formation Bac+5, issu(e) d’une École de Commerce, d’un Ecole d’Ingénieur ou d’une formation Universitaire, vous avez une spécialisation en Finance Audit, ou contrôle de gestion, vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans ce domaine.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les données financières, et maîtrisez le pilotage financier, c’est tout à votre avantage
- Vous avez l’esprit de synthèse et d’analyse et êtes capable d’émettre un avis indépendant et pertinent sur les sujets financiers
- Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement challengeant, avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau
- Vous parlez couramment Anglais, vous maîtrisez Excel (obligatoire) et vous avez une bonne connaissance du Pack Office (PowerPoint, Access).
