As part of our business expansion in Luxemburg we are looking for an experienced Fund Investment Compliance Senior Analyst (“FCSA” with investment compliance experience) professional to join the Investment Compliance team. This position has responsibility for:
Operations Management pertaining to investment compliance monitoring
Client Relationships
Other Relationships within State Street

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Institutional Services (“SSIS”). SSIS is responsible for investment compliance monitoring from a regulatory perspective (UCITS V Directive) but we also service some clients.

**Responsibilities**:
- perform the whole day-to-day Investment Compliance process to ensure reports/matrices are completed with high accuracy (review of analysts work, take prompt action to correct problems)
- review investment compliance breaches and impact calculation and liaise with the Regulator in that regard
- liaise with clients, attend calls and due diligences, respond promptly to client problems and requests while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality of client reports
- support in rule coding
- support in the conversion to a new system of investment compliance
- answering to Depositary’s, auditors’ and internal queries
- be involved in training of new joiners
- review and update department operational processes, to ensure controls remain effective and mitigate operational risk wherever possible
- collaborate with teams across our global operating model to review the service model for our clients
- collaborate with Transformation design initiatives to identify and create efficiencies through technological enhancements and development.

- Be a champion in UCITS IV, Luxembourg Fund Industry and regulations, directives etc. pertaining to investment compliance monitoring.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business, Legal or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in fund compliance
- Use and rule coding based on the automated Fund Compliance tool MIG21©
- Language: English (German and French would be a definite advantage)
- Experience working in Charles River
