LE POSTE :
Pour notre client basé à Luxembourg-ville, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) :
Office Manager (H/F)
Responsabilités :
1. Accueil & relationnel :
• Assurer l'accueil physique et téléphonique des visiteurs avec le sourire et professionnalisme ;
• Gérer les courriers entrants et sortants, ainsi que les e-mails généraux ;
• Supporter et gérer les actions de communication (Linkedin, etc.) ;
• Devenir un point de contact clé pour assurer la fluidité des opérations.
2. Gestion de bureau :
• Coordonner et optimiser le fonctionnement quotidien du bureau (fournitures, espaces communs,
équipements, sécurité, aménagement des locaux, etc.) ;
• Suivre les budgets liés au fonctionnement du bureau ;
• Gérer les prestataires externes (fournisseurs, maintenance, etc.) ;
• Assister les équipes dans les tâches administratives variées (suivi des dossiers, préparation des
documents, etc.) ;
• Organiser les réunions, événements, déplacements ou rendez-vous professionnels du Directoire ;
• Gérer l'évènementiel (Noël, Team Building…).
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
Expérience : avoir au moins 2 années d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire ;
Langues : Français irréprochable (écrit et oral) et Anglais professionnel (écrit et oral) - la
connaissance du Luxembourgeois est un avantage ;
Qualités personnelles : sens de l'organisation, autonomie, esprit d'équipe, proactivité, toujours
prêt(e) à aider, et excellente communication ;
Compétences techniques : bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
Opportunité à saisir en CDI pour un démarrage immédiat.
Salaire proposé : entre 45-50k€ annuels bruts en fonction de votre expérience.
