Vos rôles et responsabilités:
Au sein du département Partner and Client Services LPS, vous aurez la responsabilité d'une équipe de gestionnaires et serez en charge de la gestion administrative des opérations courantes sur les contrats distribués en LPS sur les marchés belges, allemands et néerlandais. Plus précisément, vous:
- Travaillerez étroitement avec le Head of Partner & Client Services International Life pour aligner les objectifs globaux et locaux ;
- Gérerez une équipe multilingue avec une grande autonomie, en promouvant la collaboration et une approche proactive ;
- Collaborerez activement avec les équipes transverses LPS pour harmoniser les efforts sur les marchés clés et développer des synergies ;
- Superviserez l'équipe pour garantir la gestion optimale des activités relationnelles (Middle Office) et administratives (Back-Office), en assurant une coordination fluide entre ces fonctions ;
- Veillerez à optimiser la relation avec nos partenaires et nos clients finaux ;
- Superviserez l'intégration et la montée en compétences des gestionnaires ;
- Vous assurerez de l'organisation, du suivi et de la bonne exécution des différents actes de gestion ;
- Encouragerez une approche proactive et centrée sur la résolution des problèmes pour améliorer continuellement les performances de l'équipe ;
- Effectuerez le contrôle des 4 yeux d'une partie des actes de gestion et les validerez ;
- Assurerez la qualité des bases de données ;
- Suivrez les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et proposerez des actions correctives pour optimiser les résultats ;
- Identifierez les opportunités d'optimisation des processus et mettrez en œuvre des solutions pour renforcer l'efficacité et la satisfaction client ;
- Intégrerez les outils digitaux pour simplifier les processus administratifs et améliorer l'interaction avec les partenaires et clients.
Votre profil:
- BAC +5 minimum (orientation économique, gestion et/ou finance) ;
- Connaissance approfondie de l'assurance-vie LPS ;
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire de management ;
- Maîtrise tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral du néerlandais, du français et de l'anglais. Toute autre langue parmi les suivantes est un avantage : allemand, portugais, italien ou polonais ;
- People Management : agit comme leader coach ;
- Capacité à jongler entre des tâches stratégiques, relationnelles et opérationnelles ;
- Sens de l'orientation client très prononcé, aisance dans les contacts téléphoniques ;
- Engagement, autonomie et orientation solution ;
- Force de proposition et proactivité ;
- Méthodologie de travail rigoureuse, structurée et fiable ;
- Ouverture au changement et à la diversité dans le travail ;
- Bonne maîtrise du pack Office.
