Our client is active in the banking sector; your role will be in the real estate department.
For this client, Privilege Services is urgently recruiting a full-time Admin Support.
Our Agency is looking for your professionalism, commitment and flexibility, and will treat your application with the utmost confidentiality and attention.
Your profile :
You have at least 2 years of significant experience as Administrative employee,
You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft and other banking software.
Your knowledge of English, French and German is excellent (mandatory)
You have good communication skills
You like to work in a team
Your missions :
Vendors management and onboarding
invoice processing : coding, escalations and investigations
Process ABQ's, PO's and requisitions
Financial reporting
Fixed assets processing
General administration, calls, email processing and attending trainings and meetings,
Your advantages :
Full-time position with 1 to 2 days in remote work
Starting date : asap
In Luxembourg-city
Package 4.500 to 5.000 EUR gross/month, lunch vouchers, private insurance, merit increase
