Our client, an asset management company, is looking for a Corporate & Oversight Assistant. This is a temporary contract to start immediately. 40 hours per week.

Your reponsibilities :

  • Corporate Administration : office management, managing & dispatching the incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring legal documentation and correspondence is properly stored and physically archived when required
  • Corporate Secretarial tasks : coordination & monitoring of outsourced corporate secretarial services (including Board meeting & decision taking and IFM or Funds regulatory reporting), production of standardised regulatory reports, filing of regulatory reports
  • Conducting Officer and oversight support : Providing support to Conducting Officers in the context of the oversight of delegated functions (collecting DDQ documents and maintaining KPIs) or the production of standardised control reports

Key skills, attributes and characteristics :

  • Delivery focussed
  • Thorough and demonstrable attention to detail
  • Strong communication and legal writing skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and ad hoc issues
  • Strong ability to work in small teams
  • Track record of relationship management (internal and external contacts)
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information
Experience and qualifications :
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience minimum in a comparable role or one with comparable knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel knowledge (building tables, reports, basic formulas)
  • Demonstrable experience corporate administration and ideally delegates oversight
  • Knowledge of the UCITS, AIFMD and Luxembourg funds in general is useful but not essential
  • Business level English is essential; French or German would be an advantage
