As Senior Business Development Manager, you develop and manage client relationships in designated countries. Position based in Luxembourg.

Description

As Senior Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include :

  • Monitor financial markets to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to attract and engage clients.
  • Travel frequently to expand your client portfolio (Central Europe).
  • Organize and participate in client events and activities.

Profile

Your profile as Senior Business Development Manager:

  • Minimum of 10 years in business development with a robust network.
  • Deep knowledge of private client and financial intermediary services.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and creative skills.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as Luxembourgish or Dutch are advantageous.
  • Client-focused, results-driven, and a team player.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
